Special departure: Etna eruption May 2019

Euro Etna Tourism organizes a special departure to admire the lava show.

The excursion starts at 3:00 pm from piazzale Rifugio Sapienza.

First of all, we take the cable car and we reach 2500 meters. From this point we will continue with a jeep and then on foot we go to the nearest area where you can see the new fractures arisen in these days.

Accompanied by our volcanological guides we will admire the effusive crater and its lava flow at an altitude of about 2800 meters. In the evening, when we arrive in that area, you will enjoy this unique show.
